One project, one outcome: a site that's genuinely yours — the code, the accounts, the content — with nothing left to rent from us afterward.
Three steps. No account managers, no ambiguity about who owns what.
We scope the project together — what the site needs to do, for whom, and what “done” looks like. You get a fixed plan and a quote before any build starts.
I design and build the site myself — no handoffs, no subcontracted work. You see real progress along the way, not just a reveal at the end.
You get the keys. Every account — hosting, domain, email, database — is created in your name from day one, or transferred to you at handover. Nothing stays in ours.
Handover isn't goodbye. You own everything and can take it wherever you like — and we're still on call whenever you want us, for new features, bug fixes, or ongoing maintenance, quoted as you go. Independent, not abandoned.
A site designed and coded around your brand and your content — not a theme with your logo dropped in.
Built to work cleanly on every device, load quickly, and hold up to real accessibility standards.
Metadata, sitemap, and structured data set up correctly from the start — the groundwork search engines expect.
Forms and inquiries wired straight to your inbox, ready to use on day one.
Your copy, images, and pages populated as part of the build — not left as a homework assignment.
A clear record of every account you now hold, what it's for, and how to manage it going forward.
Every project is different, so every quote is built for that project — scoped against what you actually need, and agreed with you before any work starts. No published rate card, no billing by the hour for the build itself.
Once the site is live, any new work — a redesign, a new feature, a bug fix, ongoing maintenance, a content overhaul — is quoted before it starts. You're never locked into paying us anything ongoing just to keep the lights on.
You own and hold every vendor account the site runs on — hosting, email, database, and the rest. Ongoing costs go straight from you to those vendors, at cost, with full transparency and no markup added by us.
You want to own your website outright, with no required ongoing commitment — but us on call whenever you want help.
You're comfortable handling — or delegating — day-to-day upkeep once it's built.
The project is substantial enough that a template or DIY builder won't really fit it.
You'd rather pay once and be done, then pay only when you want something new.
You pay your vendors directly, at cost — whatever they charge is exactly what you pay, with no markup from us. Most sites we build rely on a handful of components at minimum: a host, a database, media storage, error monitoring, and bulk email. For a typical site, expect ongoing operational costs of roughly $65–125 per month, paid straight to those providers. Sites with heavy traffic or large storage needs may see additional usage-based charges. Because the accounts are yours, you see every invoice yourself and can switch providers whenever you want (though changing providers will likely incur additional one-time development costs).
It's the lowest-cost way to run the site month to month — you pay vendors directly at cost, with no subscription or management fee layered on top. The build itself is scoped and quoted before any work starts, so you know the investment going in — no drip-billing, no surprise invoices partway through. Once it's built and handed over, you own it outright, with nothing further owed to keep it running.
Absolutely. You own the site, but we don't disappear. Need a new feature, a bug fixed, or regular maintenance? We're a message away, billed hourly or quoted up front. You're never obligated, and never stranded.
Tell me what you're trying to do. I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it.
