01Custom Software

Run the business, not the spreadsheet.

Booking systems, quoting tools, customer portals and dashboards built around how you actually work — so you serve more customers without adding staff. Built on decades of Fortune 500 systems work and 50+ shipped apps.
02Signs

Signs you’ve outgrown your tools.

  • You type the same thing twice.

Orders, customers and invoices re-entered from one tool into another.

  • Only one person knows how it works.

The business runs on a spreadsheet that would stop if they went on vacation.

  • You pay for five tools that don’t talk.

Each one does part of the job, and you’re the glue in between.

  • Customers have to call for everything.

Status, scheduling and paperwork all go through you.

03What I build

Software that gives you hours back.

  • Quote faster

Quoting tools that turn a 30-minute estimate into a few clicks, with your pricing rules built in.

  • Let customers serve themselves

Portals with online booking, payments, documents and status — so they stop calling to ask.

  • See the business at a glance

Dashboards that pull from the tools you already use, with the numbers you actually check.

  • Stop retyping

Integrations that move data between systems automatically and reliably.

04A low-risk start

Know the price before the build starts.

  1. Discovery sprint, $750

We map how the work actually happens today and what it should look like. Credited in full toward the build.

  2. Written spec & fixed price

You get a plain-English spec, screens to react to, and one fixed price.

  3. Build in visible steps

Working software you can try every week or two — not a big reveal at the end.

  4. Launch, train, support

Your team gets walked through it, and I stay on call as you grow into it.

06Questions

Common questions.

What does custom software cost?

Most projects start at $7,500. Small internal tools are often closer to the price of an automation (from $999). The discovery sprint sets a fixed price before the build starts.

Why not just use off-the-shelf software?

Often you should — and I’ll tell you when. Custom makes sense when the off-the-shelf options force you into workarounds that cost more time than the software saves.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the accounts and the data are all in your name.

What if I need changes later?

It’s built to be changed. New features are quoted before they start, and you’re never locked into me to make them.

Tell me where the busywork is.

Book a 20-minute call or send a message. I’ll tell you straight whether custom software is worth it — or whether something off the shelf will do.
