Find where AI can save you money and win you customers.
Tell me a little about your business. In 20 minutes we'll talk through the two or three things costing you the most, which AI agents could take them on, and whether your website should be part of the plan. Then you'll get a written report with a fixed price for each fix.
- A 20-minute call, by phone or video
- A written report you can keep
- A fixed price for each fix
- Free, with no obligation
Your website, your customers and your week.
We’ll review your operational pain points, your website and any additional topics worth a look. Twenty minutes may not cover everything, so we’ll focus on the two or three that matter the most.

Need a deeper look?
A paid Discovery Session scores the five pillars below and gives you an AI roadmap.
Five things that decide whether AI works for you.
AI rarely fails because the technology doesn’t work. It fails when the business underneath isn’t ready for it. In a Discovery Session we rate five areas Not yet, Getting there or Ready, so you know which ideas can start now and which need groundwork first.
Your information
Is what AI needs written down and in one place, or is it scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes and people’s heads?
Your people
Is there someone who will act on what AI flags and adjust how the work gets done, instead of working around it?
Your tools
Do the apps you already use connect to each other, or would AI mean replacing them?
Your rules
What should AI be allowed to say, book or send without asking you, and who checks when it gets something wrong?
Your team’s comfort
Does your team see AI as help or as a threat? Even the best tool fails if nobody uses it.
From listening, to a roadmap, to AI that works.
An optional next step for businesses that want a deeper discovery and a step-by-step AI roadmap.
Plan
Listen first
We talk with you and the people doing the work about what’s frustrating, what’s slow and where customers slip away. We learn how your business runs before we suggest anything.
Map the work and what it’s worth
We sketch how each job flows today, from the first call to the final invoice, then put a value on fixing each problem: hours saved, customers kept, revenue won. Those values decide where AI goes first.
Set the foundation
We score the five pillars for those tasks and note anything that needs fixing first. It all goes into your AI roadmap: what happens, in what order, and what it’s worth.
Execute
Fix the gaps
We take care of the basics before any AI goes in: tidy the information, connect the tools, set the rules.
Try one thing
We start with a single task, agree up front on what success looks like, and measure it with your real customers and your real team.
Grow from there
Once the first task is working and your team is actually using it, we add the next one, following the same steps.
Common questions.
Is it really free?
The 20-minute call and the written report are free, with no obligation and no sales pitch. If one of the fixes is worth doing, you’ll have a fixed price for it; if not, you still keep the report. The Discovery Session is a separate, paid step, and only if you want it.
Why a call and a written report?
The call is where I learn how your business actually runs, which no website can tell me. The report puts it all in writing so you can share it with a partner and come back to it later.
How long does it take?
The call takes about 20 minutes, and the report usually follows within a few business days. A Discovery Session is a much bigger piece of work: several hours or more, depending on the size of your business. I take on a limited number of each every month so each one gets real attention.
Do you need access to my site or accounts?
Not for the free call. I look at what your customers can see, and you tell me the rest. In a Discovery Session I may ask to see how your tools are set up, always with your permission.
Do I need a website?
No. If you don’t have one, we’ll focus on how you answer customers and run your back office, and I’ll tell you whether a website is worth it.
What’s the difference between the free call and the Discovery Session?
The free call covers the big picture: two or three problems, which agents fit, and whether you need a new website. Plenty of businesses can start right there. If yours has more moving parts, the paid Discovery Session goes deeper. It takes several hours or more, depending on your size: we map how your work flows, score the five pillars and give you an AI roadmap. You’ll know the price before you book.
