Never miss a lead again.
- Customer: Our water heater’s leaking. Can someone come out tomorrow?
- Assistant: Sorry about that! I can get a technician to you tomorrow at 8:00 am or 1:00 pm. Which works better?
- Customer: 8 am please.
- Assistant: Done — you’re booked for Thursday at 8:00 am. A confirmation text is on its way.

Four kinds of AI help.
Two talk to your customers: they answer from your real information and book the next step. Two work behind the scenes: one answers your team’s questions, the other runs the same tasks every time something happens. Click a card for detailed examples and the numbers behind them.
Talks to your customers
- Type 01
Voice agents
An AI receptionist that answers your phone in a natural voice, handles routine calls, books appointments and passes anything else to a person.
- Best for
- Businesses where the phone rings while everyone’s hands are busy: salons, clinics, trades, auto shops.
- Example
- A salon’s front desk stops pausing a haircut to answer “Are you open Sunday?” for the tenth time, and Saturday’s openings still get booked.
- Type 02
Chat & text agents
An assistant that answers customers in writing, on your website or by text message, from your real services, prices and policies, and books or hands off when it’s time.
- Best for
- Businesses whose customers browse at night and on weekends, or would rather text than call.
- Example
- An HVAC visitor asks at 9 p.m. whether you service their furnace brand and leaves with a Tuesday estimate on your calendar.
Works behind the scenes
- Type 03
Team assistants
A private assistant for your staff that answers questions from your own procedures, price lists and warranty terms, with the source shown.
- Best for
- Growing teams where everyone keeps calling the office, or where know-how lives in one person’s head.
- Example
- A field tech asks “what’s the warranty on a 2019 install?” and gets the answer on the job, without calling the office.
- Type 04
Automations
Your back office, on autopilot: the repetitive admin that keeps the business running, such as bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry between systems, scheduling, reports and paperwork, done automatically between the tools you already use. Customer follow-up runs the same way.
- Best for
- Any repetitive task someone does by hand every day, or forgets during a busy week.
- Example
- Receipts snapped on the job land in your books, matched to the bank statement, with no shoebox at the end of the month.

The AI is the easy part. Getting it right is the job.
Most AI assistants fail because they guess. Mine are built around your real information, with clear limits on what they’re allowed to say and do.
- 01Answers only from your real information — services, prices, policies, availability.
- 02Never invents a price, a promise or an opening.
- 03Hands the conversation to you when it isn’t sure.
- 04A human approves anything sensitive before it goes out.
- 05Every conversation and action is logged where you can read it.
- 06Your accounts, your data — nothing is locked to me.
Start with one workflow.

Common questions.
What does an AI agent cost?
A single automation starts at $999; an AI agent at $2,499 on one channel — website chat, phone or text. Each extra channel starts at $999, and Chat + Voice together starts at $3,499. The AI model’s usage — typically $20–100 a month — is billed to you directly, and an optional care plan starts at $150/mo.
Can you add an AI agent to my existing website?
Usually, yes, with no rebuild. A chat agent goes onto your current site from $2,499, and a voice agent answers your phone whatever your site runs on (Chat + Voice from $3,499). How well it answers depends on how clear and current your services, prices and policies are. If the site itself is holding you back, the Website Rebuild + AI Agent package (from $6,500) rebuilds it around the agent.
What can automations take off my plate?
Most of the back office: the repetitive admin that eats evenings and weekends. For example, expense receipts logged and matched to the bank statement, invoices reconciled against payments with reminders for the unpaid ones, data copied between the systems you use, appointment reminders, and the weekly numbers pulled into one report. They handle customer follow-up too, like quote check-ins and missed-call text-back. Automations run in the background between the tools you already use, and you review a short list of exceptions instead of doing it all by hand. A single automation starts at $999.
Will it say something wrong to my customers?
It answers only from the information you approve, says so when it doesn’t know, and hands off to you. Anything sensitive waits for your approval.
What happens to my customers’ data?
It stays in accounts you own. Conversations are logged for you to review, and you can export or delete them at any time.
Will it sound robotic?
It’s written in your voice, keeps answers short and plain, and is upfront that it’s an assistant.
How long does it take?
A single automation or website agent is usually live in a few weeks. Your fixed quote includes the date.
