01Websites

A website that turns visitors into customers.

If your site is slow, dated or expensive to keep alive, it’s costing you money. I rebuild it to load fast, look sharp, rank well and make it easy to call, book or buy — without losing the Google rankings you’ve earned.

02Warning signs

Signs your site is costing you customers.

  • It’s slow on a phone.

Most visitors are on mobile. If the page crawls, they leave before they see your work.

  • It looks older than your business.

A dated site makes a good business look like a risky choice.

  • Visitors can’t book or pay online.

Every “call us to schedule” is a customer who might not bother.

  • You pay every month just to keep it alive.

Plugin updates, security patches and hosting bills that never seem to buy anything.

  • Your rankings slipped after the last redesign.

Old pages vanished without redirects, and Google noticed.

  • AI assistants don’t mention you.

ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers can’t recommend what they can’t read.

03Check your site

How is your current site doing?

See your speed, SEO and accessibility the way Google does, plus the lead basics, security issues and signs of an aging setup. It takes about 30 seconds.

Speed and SEO are measured by Google PageSpeed Insights. To check the search and lead basics we also load your home page once, like a visitor would, and look for your sitemap. Nothing is stored.

04What you get

Everything a site needs to win the customer.

  • Fast, mobile-first pages

Built to load quickly on a phone, with optimized images and nothing wasted.

  • A clear next step on every page

Call, book or buy — always one obvious move away.

  • Online booking or payments

When they fit your business, sites can include booking and/or payments, so customers schedule or pay without picking up the phone.

  • An SEO-safe move

Every old URL inventoried and redirected, so the rankings you’ve earned come with you.

  • AI search ready

Structured data and clean, server-rendered pages that Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT can read and understand. Included in every build.

  • Optional AI agent

Add an assistant that answers questions and books customers around the clock.

05How it works

A rebuild, step by step.

You see real progress along the way, and your rankings are protected at launch.

  1. Audit & URL inventory

Where your current site loses people, and a map of every page that needs to survive the move.

  2. Design

A modern, mobile-first look built around your brand, your proof and one clear call to action.

  3. Build & migrate

I build it myself, move your content, and test every redirect before launch.

  4. Launch & monitor

Go live, then watch search and analytics closely so nothing slips.

06What it costs

Keep your current site, or rebuild?

Add up what you pay every month to keep it running, and compare three years of that with a rebuild you own.

How to use the calculator: enter what you pay each month to keep your current website running. We filled in typical WordPress costs as an example — the comparison updates as you type.

What your web host charges, like GoDaddy, Bluehost or WP Engine. Billed yearly? Divide by 12.

Your current site, 3 years

$10,800

$300 a month, every month.

Rebuilt and yours, 3 years

$5,840–8,000

A $3,500 build, then about $65–125 a month paid straight to your vendors.

At these numbers, a rebuild pays for itself and saves you between $2,800 and $4,960 over 3 years — with a faster site.

Thinking about a new website? Two ways we build.

Both start the same way — a site built around your business. Where they differ is who holds the keys afterward and how many invoices you receive per month.

08Questions

Common questions.

Will a new website actually bring in more customers?

A faster site with a clear next step on every page — and an assistant that answers questions after hours — turns more of the visitors you already get into inquiries and bookings. The free audit shows where you’re losing them today.

What’s included in a business site?

More than pages. A typical build includes a database for your content, an admin portal where you or your team make updates, separate storage for photos and media, email, and forms with spam protection. Most connect to at least one outside system, like Stripe, a booking engine or your CRM. Behind the scenes, every business site also has automated unit and end-to-end regression tests that check it still works before each update goes live, plus error logging, monitoring, and a separate test site where changes are reviewed before customers see them.

Can you build a simple static site?

I can, though it’s rarely what I recommend. A static site is a few fixed pages with no admin portal, database or integrations, so I make every update for you. It runs on the Fully Managed plan at around $100 a month — the only kind of site that costs that little. It fits a few pages that rarely change. If you’ll want payments, bookings, an AI agent or your own edits later, starting with a business site usually costs less than rebuilding.

What does a rebuild cost?

A business site starts at $3,500 paid once up front, with you owning everything (We Build, You Own) — or $200–350/mo on the Fully Managed plan, with the build included. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts.

What’s the difference between a static site and a business site?

A business site is what I usually build: a content database, an admin portal so your team can make updates, forms with spam protection, and connections to tools like Stripe, a booking engine, your CRM or an AI agent. A static site is a few fixed pages with none of that, so every change goes through me. Business sites start at $3,500 up front or $200–350/mo fully managed; a static site is around $100 a month, and it’s the only site that low.

Can I pay for the site up front instead of monthly?

Yes. With We Build, You Own, a business site starts at $3,500, paid once, and you own every account; afterwards you pay your hosting vendors directly, typically $65–125 a month. Or choose Fully Managed at $200–350/mo, with the build included and nothing big up front. A website with an AI agent built in starts at $6,500 up front.

How long does it take?

Weeks, not months, for most small-business sites. Your fixed quote includes a launch date.

Who owns the site?

With We Build, You Own, you hold every account — hosting, domain, code and content. With Fully Managed, I run the accounts and you still own your domain and content.

Can I edit it myself?

Yes. Sites can include a simple editor for your pages, posts and photos, so routine updates don’t need me.

Can it sell online?

Yes. Stripe checkout, registrations and payments can be part of the build or added later, from $749.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if the move is done right. Every existing URL is inventoried and redirected before launch. On the Avital Homes rebuild, all 413 legacy URLs were accounted for and none return a 404.
