They’re where most projects start. After the free audit or a short call, you get a fixed written quote — and that’s the price, unless you ask for more.
Are there cheaper website options?
Yes, my listed website prices are for the business-grade sites I usually build: an admin portal for your content, forms with spam protection, connections to tools like Stripe or a booking system, error monitoring, and a separate test site. If a few simple pages are all you need, a static site on the Fully Managed plan is around $100 per month. It has no admin portal, so I make every change for you.
Why does a website with an AI agent start higher?
Because the site is built for the agent. An agent is only as good as the information it reads, so your services, prices, policies and FAQs are organized and checked so it answers accurately. That work goes beyond a standard rebuild, so a website with an agent starts at $6,500 rather than the two starting prices added together.
Do additional AI agents cost less?
Yes. The more agents you add, the less each one costs. Agents built together share one setup, one knowledge base and the same connections to your tools, so your second and third agents cost less than buying each on its own. Your fixed quote shows the bundle price. Channels work the same way: adding a channel to an agent starts at $999, and Chat + Voice together starts at $3,499.

What ongoing costs should I expect?
On We Build, You Own, you pay your hosting and service vendors directly — typically $65–125 a month for a website. Fully Managed is $200–350/mo all-in. AI agents add model usage, usually $20–100 a month, billed to you directly.
Do you take on every project?
No. I take on a small number of new projects each month so every client gets my full attention. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
