Book the job while your hands are full.

Your phone rings while you’re under a sink, on a roof or driving to the next call. I build AI agents that answer and book customers day and night, and automations that confirm appointments, follow up on estimates and chase unpaid invoices.
02The problem

Where trades lose jobs they already earned.

  1. Leak 01

    The call you couldn’t take.

You’re on a job, the phone goes to voicemail, and the homeowner calls the next company on the list. They rarely wait for a callback.

  2. Leak 02

    The 9 p.m. furnace search.

Homeowners deal with the furnace after dinner. Your website says you’ll call tomorrow. Someone else answers tonight.

  3. Leak 03

    The estimate nobody chased.

You drove out, measured and sent a price. Nobody followed up, and the job went to whoever did.

03The solution

Answered, booked and followed up, even mid-job.

  • Every call answered

An AI receptionist answers in a natural voice and books routine jobs, and anyone who reaches voicemail gets a text back within seconds.

  • After-hours booking on your website

A chat agent answers from your services, service area and pricing guidance, and books estimates onto your calendar while you’re off the clock.

  • True emergencies reach the on-call tech

An after-hours line follows the script you approve, reaches your on-call tech only for real emergencies, and books everything else for the morning.

  • Estimates and invoices that chase themselves

Polite check-ins on every estimate, and reminders with a pay link on overdue invoices, stopping the moment the customer replies or pays.

04Agents that fit

Start with the one that pays first.

Each agent is set up around your business, and a person approves anything sensitive. Every project gets a fixed quote based on its total scope.

Bundle and save

The more agents you add, the less each one costs. Agents built together share one setup, one knowledge base and the same connections to your tools, so your second and third agents cost less than buying each on its own. Your fixed quote shows the bundle price.

What it’s worth, worked out.

An illustration with its assumptions shown, not a client result. Your numbers will differ, which is what the free audit is for.

The after-hours website concierge

A Kansas City heating and cooling company gets most of its website visits in the evening, when homeowners finally sit down to deal with the furnace. The contact form says “we’ll call you tomorrow.” By tomorrow, many of those homeowners have already booked someone who answered.

Assumptions: 30 after-hours inquiries a month; the concierge books 6 estimates that would otherwise have gone elsewhere; you close 40% of estimates; average job $450.

06Questions

Questions owners ask.

Can it book straight into Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

Often. It depends on your platform and plan: some allow booking directly into the schedule, others only a calendar link the customer picks a time from. The free audit checks your account before anything is quoted.

What happens with a real emergency at 2 a.m.?

The after-hours line follows a script you approve. If the call is an emergency by your rules, it reaches your on-call tech; everything else is booked for the morning. It never gives safety advice beyond what your script says.

Our job software already sends reminders. Do we need this?

Maybe not, and I’ll tell you. If your software already sends reminders or on-my-way texts, I won’t sell you a second copy. The audit looks at what you already have first.

Will customers know it’s AI?

Yes. It says so up front, and it hands the conversation to you when it isn’t sure or when the customer asks for a person.
